ChitChat distributes up to 20,000 full-colour copies per area, per edition through coffee shops, restaurants, medical offices, salons, community centres, and other high-traffic local locations.
Do I get online exposure with my print ad?+
Yes — every advertising package includes a dedicated business profile page on chitchatlocal.ca, a listing in our searchable directory, coupon listings, and a backlink to your website.
Do you offer a 1-month advertising option?+
No. ChitChat Local advertising packages are available in 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month options only. This gives local businesses enough time to build recognition and gives the publication a stable, high-quality advertiser base.
What is the regular monthly advertising price?+
The regular advertising price is $175/month, applied to every package.
What is the Founding Advertiser Program?+
The Founding Advertiser Program is a special introductory program for early advertisers who want to support ChitChat Local as it grows in the community. Founding Advertisers receive $25 off per month for the first 3 months on any package.
Do longer packages save more?+
Yes. The 6-month package is slightly cheaper per month than the 3-month package, and the 12-month package is slightly cheaper per month than the 6-month package. Founding Advertiser totals: 3 months $450 ($150/mo avg), 6 months $885 ($147.50/mo avg), 12 months $1,725 ($143.75/mo avg). The 12-month package is the best value.
Which cities does ChitChat publish in?+
We currently serve the Tri-Cities (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody), Burnaby, Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Richmond, with new city editions launching regularly.
